On-Site Sale
On-site sales are perfect for clients who live in communities with public access and have a household of items to sell. Every sale we host includes a charitable donation pick-up as well as additional cleaning and debris removal services to leave the home ready to close or go on the market.
Off-Site Sale
Off-Site Sales are great options for clients who live in gated communities, high rises, have storage units, don’t want the public coming into their home or HOAs that don’t allow for sales. Full estates are not required for this option and a charitable donation pick-up is included in our fee. These items are hosted in our warehouse in Avondale Estates that we share with our sister company, Mother Lode.
Online Sale
Online Sales are also great options for clients who live in gated communities, high rises, have storage units, or parking issues, but the public must be able to enter to remove purchased items. Full estates are also not required for this option and a charitable donation pick-up is included in our fee. Results aren’t as predictable as a traditional of off-site sale, but clients do not have to pay for items to be moved. There are set-up fees and customers can shop what’s left when they come in to pick up their items, but it does not generate as much traffic.
Consignment
Consignment is great for small collections. These items are offered in our sister company’s retail store, Mother Lode. They typically follow a 45-day program, items are marked down, and payouts occur on the 3rd of each month.
Buyout
Buyout services are for those who are looking to sell their items directly to use rather than using our services. This includes purchasing the items, instant payment, taking the purchased items off-site and (in most cases) a charitable donation pick-up or drop-off of what isn’t a fit.
Art Advising and Brokerage
These services are for clients who have one or two pieces of art, jewelry, furniture, or a collection of items of special interest that we can market for you at one of the many auction houses we have relationships with. We charge a flat rate on top of the auction’s commission for our time and expertise.
Precious Metals and Coins
We offer competitive pricing for all precious metals and coins. You can make an appointment to bring your item into our store or we can come visit you on site with scales and our metal testing kit and preform an analysis in front of you in order to offer a buyout price that day.
Custom Programs
Every situation is different. Many clients that we work with require a combination of these services in an effort to realize as much as possible from the estate. Consults are complimentary and we will happily create a custom plan that fits all of your needs.
